We signed Paris declaration to end the epidemic, and the City of Kigali has made tremendous progress by exceeding the first and second UNAIDS 90-90-90 targets by 2020. We are working hard toward achieving all the targets as we did at the national level. We have availed free access to HIV services to everyone including HIV self-testing kits at private pharmacies. HIV/AIDS in the city of Kigali will be soon history. Let us work together to make history.
